Some how i found a outdated Utar layout plan ... As most student wanna to know actually how big, how wide Utar is ...
i think the plan below might show u all...

Diagram 1 : This is the whole Utar plan..(from what i think)

Diagram 2: This plan mainly show the development at East Lake as known as Taman Kampar Perdana.
