they will start balloting for car/motorbike stickers ...

but i would suggest that, no need balloting for stickers also.
cos u can park ur car/motorbike outside E-Gate( East Gate ) for free and walk bout 2~4 mins to block D & E.

for further information as below

531 car park and 341 motorbike stickers will be issued for the June'09 semester.

Price: RM100 for car, RM10 for motorbike sticker.

Details to obtain such stickers are given below.

1. Register online
   • You may register online any time between 12.01a.m., 1 June 2009 (Monday) to 11.59 p.m., 3 June 2009 (Wednesday).
   • Procedure:
     1. Visit UTAR homepage http://www.utar.edu.my
     2. Click on to "UTAR Portal" tab on UTAR homepage and login to student intranet using your user ID and password.
     3. Click on "Registration for car or motorbike park balloting" tab on the Home screen from student intranet
     4. Key in all required information (car/motorbike registration number, your telephone number and etc)
     5. Ballot number will be assigned to you once you click "register"
     6. Note: If you wish to change any details you have entered n you may do so during the period of registration as given above. No changes allowed after that.
   • Each student can only register once and any car/motorbike number can only be entered once only. Upon registration, you will be issued a ballot number
2. Results of Ballot
   • Balloting will take place on Thursday, 4 June by the Management and the list of successful applicants will be posted on notice boards and on the student intranet by 12.00p.m on the same day.
   • Note: If you are successful in your ballot, your parking sticker will be issued to the car/motorbike number specified in your application - no change of car/motorbike numbers after registration period.
   • Balloting will be witnessed by the Student Representative Committee. Results of the balloting are final.
   • The University will honor those stickers issued earlier which was for one year. With immediate effect, any parking sticker issued will be on semester basis."
